Our client at AFB Andrews required a furnished, temporary building spanning approximately 4,500 square feet to serve as office space for flight simulator operations. The design needed to include two entries, one 10’ x 10’ office, 10 workstations, and a conference table seating at least eight individuals.

IteraSpace provided two tailored floor plan options:

• Option 1: A 32’ x 40’ building with a concrete slab foundation
• Option 2: Two 24’ x 56’ building with strip foundations

After consultation, the client selected Option 2, optimizing the layout for their operational needs. The final design seamlessly integrates functionality and flexibility, delivering a modern, temporary workspace that meets the high standards of AFB Andrews.
