Modular Buildings to be set on limited space in busy city centre.
Solution: OptiMax
Our Modular units are 8′ x 20′ and can be joined together to built bigger buildings. 8′ x 20′ footprint means that two units can fit on a flatbed truck and transportation to site is easy. OptiMax units has forklift pockets, so they can be easily moved around with and placed on site. Since it’s based on steel moment frame, it can be sat directly on ground without any special preparation.
