OptiMax is classified as Type IIB non-combustible building, mitigating the need for sprinklers in many configurations up to certain total square footage. This makes OptiMax perfect for highly sensitive environments: military installations, shipyards, electrical and chemical powerplants… There is no wood in our buildings, so termites, mold etc. are not an issue at all with OptiMax buildings.
